Working in United Arab Emirates based on GMC registration

To work in UAE, you need to clear license exam before hunting the job. But for doctors who have achieved their GMC registration via PLAB pathway are exempted from the license examination. But they need to fulfil the requirements criteria to work as general practitioner in UAE.
You are only exempted from the examination not from the mandatory requirements. Requirements to work as General Practitioner in United Arab Emirates are following:
MBBS or equivalent qualification from WHO recognized institutes
One year internship in medicine & surgery
2 years clinical experience as general practitioner after internship
You need to verify your documents through dataflow
There are three licensing authorities in United Arab Emirates known as:
Dubai health authority (DHA)
Ministry of Health (MOH)
Department of Health (DOH)
These authorities are specified for specific regions in United Arab Emirates.
You need to make an account on respect authority webpage and need to process the application.
If you met the eligibility criteria then you need to go for documents verification through dataflow.
Once your documents are verified then you will apply exemption on the basis of GMC registration.
